Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

DumPamp ("the App") is developed by SergoLabs. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

2. Data we collect

The App does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers. All processing happens locally on your device:

• Signal history (up to 500 entries) — stored locally on device only
• User preferences (exchange, threshold, notification settings) — stored locally
• Watchlist (favourite coins) — stored locally
• Debug logs — stored locally, shared only manually by the user

3. Third-party data sources

The App connects to public market data APIs of: Bybit, Binance, OKX, Gate.io, MEXC, Bitget, HTX. Only publicly available market data is requested. No personal data is transmitted.

4. Notifications

The App uses Android notification services to deliver price movement alerts. Super-signal notifications may override Do Not Disturb mode — this is a user-controlled opt-in feature, disabled by default.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. SergoLabs does not collect or store payment data.

6. Permissions used

• INTERNET — to fetch market data from exchange APIs
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE — to maintain continuous background monitoring
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to send price movement alerts
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — to restart the monitoring service after device reboot

7. Data retention

All locally stored data is retained on device until cleared via in-app button or app uninstall. No data is stored on SergoLabs servers.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
